To claim our Money-Back Guarantee:
- If you believe that the product doesn't comply with all the features and benefits that we list on our website, send an email requesting the money back, we will send you a reference code.
- You send us 6 photos and a video at email@example.com with your order number and the reference code, and we will review your application.
- All 30-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.
- ALL images MUST have valid time, date stamps and number code that we'll send to you once you claim your money back.
- The product can't be used, can't have any use marks, and must be accompanied by its original packaging and accessories.
- If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
- If approved, we will refund you the product price (at the time of order), once the product has been returned to our warehouse*. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- For hygiene reasons, the polishes of our Gel Colour Collection can't be claimed on the Money-Back guarantee program.
- We reserve our right to reject a refund if we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.
- Postage costs and the process of sending the product back to us (once approved by our Results team) is the full responsibility of the claimant. The product has to be returned with its box and packed with a proper mailing box or bag.
